From Symantec
AntiVirusPro is a misleading application that may give exaggerated reports about potential risks on the computer.
The user is then prompted to pay for a full license of the application in order to remove the fake threat.

Went threw all the procedures suggested by symantec and it still seems to recreate itself. It seems undetectable to the usual spy-were and anti virus removal programs. When I first found it on my PC I tired to un-install it and I have been trying to remove it ever since, and I don't know how it got on my PC because I did not install it to begin with.
Please help
