I just thought, jesus wept, are we still only here?

From another thread, it might be the claim that "military exercises were purposely set up to impede 9/11 armed forces response times"...

Gumboot did a number on the initial claim, including addressing why the "is this an exercise?" question was normal for all responses, and a few posts later look who pops up - StickMan2008, asserting the twoof by pointing out that acting military officials asked "is this an exercise."

Absolutely hilarious. It would be more funny, though, if just ONE of them acknowledged their...misperception.

Oh I love the multiple light sources on the Moon. Doing Lighting for TV for a living I find that argument the funniest. I also love Alex Jones around Holloween when he starts to claim that thousands of children across America are about to be sacrificed to Samhain in the back of police stations and child protective services offices.

Actually it is the whole weird Satan worshiping aspect of the NWO myth. Is it not enough that they want to enslave us in a neo-feudalist system? Why do they all have to be Luciferian Secret Society pederasts? Hilarious

The whole "satan worshipping pagan ritual homosexual" stuff with the NWO theories shows the ugly religious fundementalist underbelly of some (mostly AJ's) paranoia out there. I find it quite interesting that some people who absolutely love the Zeitgeist movie are also fans of Jones' brand of paranoia, because they are pretty much incompatible in their most basic forms.

The ads on Alex Jones are half the fun! "If you have bread, you'll never have to stand in a breadline!" "It says, 'Worship the beast!' This issue is about worship."

Plus I'll never forget the time I was listening and one of the callers said he was about to get an inheritance of $18 million, because his uncle had died in a plane crash and a kindly bank auditor in Nigeria had contacted him...

every time I see this I simply sigh. It simply destroys my faith in humanity. It’s like this mythical fable that was spewed out by the USG to the masses and everybody simply buys into it. The last time I saw the commonly held view of events was the one put forward by those that were there, those that were involved and those that were involved in the massive investigation afterwards. There is no " official Story", Bush never got up on a platform and told anybody anything, the USG didn't, it all came from those that were involved.

The "4000 Jews Myth" is most probably a rumor started to deflect and destract from the true facts of foreknowledge and warnings relayed to certain non-Muslim individuals on 9/11. It is a fact that the Israeli owned messenger service "Odigo" was used on 9/11 prior to the attacks to warn at least 2 people of what was going to happen.

I believe some Jews were given a general warning not the go to lowered Manhattan that morning and that warning came from the Mossad. The Mossad had been monitoring the hijackers and could have issued the warning.

From The Anthrax Mystery: Solved

A newspaper article that appeared in Haaretz, an Israeli paper, further indicates prior knowledge of the coming attack. Haaretz reported two Israeli employees of Odigo—an instant messaging company with offices near the World Trade Center and also in Israel—received a warning two hours before the attack. This, roughly, would have been when the hijackers were seen boarding their planes. The Mossad, in order to minimize Jewish losses around the World Trade Center area, could have easily issued the warning via the instant message service. The Washington Post reported, “The Odigo service includes a feature called People Finder that allows users to seek out and contact others based on certain interests or demographics.” Those whose interests relate to Israel or Jewish topics could have received the message—even if the persons were unknown to the sender. On that day, the Odigo warning may have saved many Jewish lives.

What a load of horse pucky. I have it on good authority that the White Anglo-Saxon Protestant network was warned by instant messaging that day.

OK, magzaroo, how was the warning issued? Your Irish quote suggests instant messaging, which wasn't so common in '01. Personally, I always got my Mossad instructions by carrier pigeon, incidentally. I remember some of them well... "Avoid the Lodge Freeway this morning. There is a big backup at the Wyoming curve." Or, "Northwestern Highway southbound is backed up all the way from the Southfield to Telegraph." (These are Detroit references. I lived in Detroit then.)

And for gosh sakes, having one of those !@#$%^& Mossad pigeons landing on my windshield with its )(*&^% message didn't help matters any.

The funniest part is in the movie JFK, where they state that it is impossible to fire off 3 shots in less than 6 seconds...then "Lou" actually does it! He shoots 3 shots under 6 seconds, but "Garrison" tells him it was "Between six and seven seconds."

Of course, none of this matters because the Warren Commission had said the shots went off in "a minimum time of 7.1 to 7.9 seconds".

ME: Who they?
CT: "You know, THEY, the NWO!"
ME: No, I dont' know. Who are they?
CT: "I just said it, They!!!"
ME: Can you give me some names? Please?
CT: "They! They did it, the Government!"
ME: Who in the Government did it?
CT: "They! They! They!"

ad infinitum.

I never get a chance to ask my next question: How do you know he/she did it, if it were supposed to be a secret conspiracy?

Oops. There was a active thread about "they" just below this thread. Talk about sloppy research.

I've just seen a belter on another forum. Some numpty produces two pictures of the plane about to strike taken from a few blocks away and claims that (assuming a shutter speed of 1/1000th of a second) that the plane shouldn't appear in sharp focus as in that time its moved a whole (gasps) 9 inches.

Saying that, this same numpty believes in most of what is claimed in the hilarious 'September Clues' so hes not the sharpest tool.

But a tool nonetheless, apparently...

This one always makes me giggle. Oswald only had to cycle the weapon TWICE. He had all damn DAY to load the first bullet.

The "missile pod" CT was the first one I was ever exposed to, and I think it's still one of my favourites. There's just really something special about the sort of person who would believe you need to fire a missile into a building a fraction of a second before impact to ensure a 100 tonne airliner traveling at 500 MPH busts through the 14 inch hollow steel exterior columns.

I'm adding MaGZ to my ignore. I just don't have the stomach for his nonsense and hatred.

If by "special", you mean "completely and utterly batcrap crazy", then yes, I agree. ;)

A few of my oft-recycled 9/11 tr00th favourites...

19 ay-rabs in a cave made NORAD stand down
The "alleged" hijackers are alive
9/11 is the first instance of steel frame buildings collapsing due to fire
Building 7 was never hit by a plane, yet it collapsed
Building 7 only had small fires on two floors
Building 7 collapsed symmetrically, into its own footprint
Larry said pull it
Any number of heat-of-the-moment 911 calls/TV interviews where the word "bomb" is mentioned being taken as evidence that there was a bomb

Concrete core? Sorry, gang, I think that notion has permanently imprinted in my brain. And I think it's causing damage....

That one eats away slowly at your brain. I can only thank the other CTs in the myspace thread that post there for keeping me sane with better questions.

By the way, since I can't be bothered reading the thread, did you get around to arguing that the C4 would have degraded by that time?

Many, many, MANY times. You see, the concrete would have protected it, being such a good safe environment for C-4.

i kid you not.

Hmmm... the group of debunkers on Myspace just managed to move the discussion there for a few days. Now in his spam posts he is trying to claim that "at least 10 years" = 30.
