Nathaniel Abraham, an Indian national who describes himself as a "Bible-believing Christian," said in the suit filed on Monday in U.S. District Court in Boston that he was fired in 2004 because he would not accept evolution as scientific fact.

It's like a NASA engineer being fired because he keeps having doubts the Space Shuttle will be able to punch through the firmament.

Indeed.

He's much better off in his current position--lying about biology at Liberty University.

There should be a term for having a susperstitious belief which disqualifies you from being able to do a job. How does "religious incompetence" sound? I no more want a biologist who doesn't believe in Evolution than I want a doctor who thinks men have one fewer rib than women.

That's not quite "PC" enough
I vote for "Holy-capped" instead of handicapped

because he would not accept evolution as scientific fact

Any person who does not know the difference between a belief, a scientific theory, and a scientific fact cannot claim that they have a fundamental knowledge of the scientific process, and thus quite possibly committed fraud in applying for a biology job at a scientific institution.

(Note, I'm not a lawyer, nor am I smart).
