Make a conspiracy theory around a terrorist attack like 21/7?

It seems that there is now a conspiracy theory around the events of the Bali Bombing in 2002.

I was wondering if we could make a conspiracy theory around what was perhaps the most blatant and obvious terrorist attack of recent years, the July 21st failed bombings in London. We have a confession from Manfo Aseidu, the fifth bomber. We have explosives left behind at the scene of the crime, and we have them buying these materials on camera. We have a suicide note left behind by Ramzi Mohammed, we have him trying to detonate them on CCTV, and we have stains on the wall of one of their flats under the cooker and extremist literature in their possession. Mountains of evidence.

I will give you all a mission, to find hard conspiracy theories around three articles I will post about the event. Once you have done this, post three more for someone else. I want to see how easy this is. Quote mine, take things out of context, and make it look convincing. It will be interesting.

I can already point to something. Ramzi Mohammed ran up the down escalator on his escape. But strangely, somebody pressed the 'stop' button and thus aided his escape on a motionless escalator! OMG!

Well first of all bali bombings occured on 12th october not 21st july.

21st of july bomb attacks were directed at the tube.

Here's my theory about the bali bombings, The Wombles of Wimbledon disgruntled about not getting the recognition they deserve in cleaning wimbledon common up for all these years, go on holiday to bali, they discover everyone hates them, and the dj's at the clubs won't play wombling merry christmas because its too early in the year, so they decide to get their own back, unbeknownst to them, an indonesian islamist terrorist group is also at the same time planning a terrorist attack, which through bungling, they manage to thwart, they come across the bomb, and use it to get their own back on all those who mocked them.

No proof of the Wombles involvement whatsoever so it must be one of the best conspiracy theories ever, maybe i should go on the Alex Jones show with it.

But, on the 21st, the 'bombers' had no bombs (i.e. no secondary explosives), just detonators and their intention was only to 'scare people' as part of a 'demonstrative act': "The jury were told a further charge of conspiracy to cause explosions likely to endanger life, faced by each man, was now being left off the indictment." - BBC

... what they don't tell you is that the men were convicted of conspiracy to murder, which to my un-legally-trained mind sounds even more serious than conspiracy to cause explosions likely to endanger life; and the jury plainly decided that they were not 'just trying to scare people'.
