"Proof" that Bush is a reptilian shapshifter

This person claims to have unaltered, unedited video proof of George Bush Sr shapeshifting on camera. They were nice enough to share it on youtube...

You have to pause it at exactly 0:35 to see the "shapeshift" occur. You'll hear a faint clicking noise, see a disturbance in the right eye (Bush's left from his perspective), and Bush fidgeting slightly just before this happens. The video owner claims that when you pause it Bush's pupils become slits and you can see it clear as day.
I watched it and was curious, watched it again and came up with my own sound theory as to what was actually happening there. I posted a comment on the video explaining what I thought happened, the comment was promptly removed and I was blocked from commenting on anymore of this person's videos. I was then threatened to have aliens come "beat my ass". (funny because conspiracy theorists often say "you know you've hit the nail on the head when they try to censor you")

I'm not gonna say what I think happened at 0:35 yet, I wanted to see what you all think first.

This reptilian idea is really catching on...I think we need some experts out there willing to take this on and pick it apart.

The click? Sounds like a tech brushing a stand with his equipment/keys.

The slits? Lighting by it self can't do that but lighting+compression/camera angle can.

He looks uncomfortable? If I had video of my grandparents, parents, and aunts and uncles over 65 they would look uncomfortable too.

I think it has to do with reflection and lighting. The phenomenon is even more obvious from 1:09 for about 15 seconds and when you stop it at 1:30 you get "slits" in both pupils. I can't believe someone spends their time analyzing videos to catch shapeshifters. Wait --- what?

Well my theory on the scene at 0:35 was he was getting his picture taken by someone in the background: that explains him fidgeting to set a pose, that explains the flash in his eye, and that explains the clicking noise. But I mean hey, it's much more plausible to call it and say that it's his humanoid hologram device malfunctioning. But seriously, I mean, how can somebody be so sure of something like that based on one grainy video clip? It boggles the mind! It's equally plausible to say that he's turning into a werewolf or maybe a democrat(ha political joke(noreallyIkid)) based on their logic.

I found a few other ones of reporters who are also reptilians!
These I really can't provide any kind of debunk for whatsoever, but I'd guess it's some kind of camera connection malfunction or sneaky video editing foul play.
