I apologize if this was posted elsewhere(I did not see it on here yet), but I almost spit my coffee out when I read this article. When the Pope comes out and states that conclusions about global warming "must be based on firm evidence rather than dubious ideology" - well, the irony is rather thick.

Nevermind - the "dubious ideology" statement seems to be more interpretation of the author than specific message of the pope. It looks like his staements were along the general notion of "lets be sure about things", but a lot of artistic license seemed to be taken. Still good for a laugh though when I read it.
