Any meds, foods, etc that raise HDL?
Assuming person is otherwise relatively healthy, eats relatively well, exercises 2-3 times a week, but their HDL is in the crabber?
There are plenty of drugs that lower LDL, but that's not needed.
Also, triglycerides are crazy, up one day, down the next...metabolic (genetic) screwiness going on.
This is for a friend of mine.

But what seems to improve HDL levels the most, is ...gorging and fasting!
