Digital Certificate

I need to connect to an ftp site using a digital certificate.

No problem there, I installed the certificate and when I manually navigate to the site, it comes up with a box for me to choose the cert - I choose it and voila - I'm connected.

The problem is I need to automate this.

We've been using CoreFTP, but this doesn't seem to work with digital certs...

Does anyone by chance know of some free (or near free) ftp software that will work with digital certicates?

Have you tried Putty (http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/)? It has an SFTP client that will do public key authentication.

Give filezilla a try. It's my choice. I can't say certs have ever been a problem. Fully open source, etc etc
