View Full Version : Why would we need any more WTC7 south side photos?

This has been the one big mystery. What was the extent of damage to the south side of WTC 7? The debunkers and truthers alike are looking for clear pictures highlighting the south side gap, damage, gash, anything. As was I, to the extent that if someone would uncover any new photos, I would be very interested.

And I still am interested in any new images, don't get me wrong. I just do not think we are going to see any new ones anymore.

Let's face it. Over 6 years have passed and no clear photos have emerged. Someone would have uncovered them by now. One surprising exception was the release of archived news footage from the day of 9/11, which revealed the extent of the gash a little bit better.

But there are the Steve Spak & other photos and videos showing billowing smoke, with some hint of the damage. And most importantly of all, there are the eyewitness accounts.

I was still wondering, if there are some other photos we have not seen. Maybe NIST has some, or some other people we don't know about. So I wrote to Daniel Nigro and asked for his opinion.

And his response quite settled it. He said the photos seem to be non-existing. He said there are still many pending lawsuits and the parties are looking for photographic evidence, but he knows of none. He wisely directed me to the eyewitness accounts, especially the ones highlighting the damage to the south-west corner. Of course I was aware of them, but this just once more highlights the importance of them.

So that's pretty much it. I don't think the final NIST report will reveal any more good photos, I'm sure the sueing parties would have uncovered the same photos by now. I'm sure Chief Nigro would know, if there were some. Of course, if there are some new photos in the report I would be positively surprised.

So, let's recap what we have:

We have the Mark Roberts compilation of evidence: http://wtc7lies.googlepages.com/wtc7engineeringpapers%2Ccollapsehypotheses

We have the debunking911 evidence: http://www.debunking911.com/pull.htm

We have the excellent Mike Williams collection of videos: http://911myths.com/index.php/WTC7_Fire_Videos
http://911myths.com/index.php/WTC7_Damage_Videos

We have the Chief Daniel Nigro statement: http://911guide.googlepages.com/danielnigro

Why would we need another set of clear images of the damage?

Is it true that certain photos are not available to the public?

I heard something awhile back stating the PM was given access to certain south side photos that have not been released to the public.

If that is true, why not release them.

If it isn't true, nevermind.

It's possible that any pictures not yet released have picture of bodies in them.

We may see previously unpublished images in NIST's report.

To answer Sizzler's question, anyone can purchase copies of photos in NIST's collection, but they're not for commercial use. If there are other unpublished photos in private hands, they belong to the photographer or copyright holder.

Never thought of that. Good one.

Why not!

Why would you turn down the chance to look at more photos that may prove your point even further.

I never said I would turn down a chance to look at more photos. As I said: "And I still am interested in any new images, don't get me wrong."
