So Friday was yet another "day of action" for the clueless dolts of the twoof movement - a day when "activists" take to the streets and make fools of themselves in an effort to spread their mental illness and bring the real 9/11 terrorists to justice.

The local kooks here in Toronto (who I had great time with back in June (http://forums.randi.org/showthread.php?t=84576) and July (http://forums.randi.org/showthread.php?t=87018)) planned another of their "rallies" at Union Station.

I thought of showing up during my lunch hour to see if they were any further along with their investigation. For example, have they called up a local engineering department, as I suggested to them? Have their sought a peer-review for their evidence?

Well having checked out their meet-up website, (http://9-11.meetup.com/282/calendar/7061492/) I'm certainly glad I didn't waste my time.

I'm trying to think, if I believed the murderers of 3,000 innocent civilians were at large and I knew who they were and had evidence to prove it, what could be more important than assembling and taking action to bring them to justice.

The site still says the estimated attendance was zero, but then there are five people listed underneath that (Cathy, Steve, D, glenn, and shawnc), so I'm guessing that's where the 5 figure comes from. If so, it appears that 3 of the 5 attendees were "assistant organizers". Way to organize!

I worked at Union all morning on Friday. Nothing aside from the usual bums outside panhandling and the crowd of people huddling for a smoke in the cold.
I got to work in the security office, the GO Transit command center and the central maintenance office and they never saw anything either. They think the NWO is sneaky? They hold a protest so stealthy that nobody sees a thing..:)

Sure wish I had the time to drop by the Eaton Center. :(

That could be fun, although I have no doubt whatsoever that they have not taken your sound advice from July. However, at present, it appears that the only twoofers planning to attend are "D" and "Cathy" and they, apparently, are going to meet at "dundas and younge" or at "younge and dundas", and no such intersection will be found on a map of Toronto. Gee, no wonder their events are so poorly attended. ;)
