An Armenian inventor has demonstrated a machine that harnesses gravitational energy to turn a 3 meter in diameter wheel, to which a 300KVA electric generator is attached. It allegedly requires no outside energy whatsoever. All that is necessary to turn it on is to release the brake.

Of course he has......

Now the video isn't very clear but isn't this just a version of the "Overbalanced Wheel"??

Incidentally, a 300 kVA generator works very well as 300 kVA motor. The sort of motor that could turn a 3-metre diameter wheel, if no-one was looking too closely.

Ok, I watched the video.

What exactly is the claim?

I have seen a bunch of Armenians is Manhattan that look similar to the backs of those dudes, and they just wanted to gamble on cards.......(in fact, they too had a huge wheel)

Are they claiming "Free Energy?

Over-unity machines seem to fall into two categories. First, those machines which exhibit very low loss, and once supplied with energy, run down slowly. Their designers believe that they are on to something, and there simply remains a minor problem of removing a little friction or resistance from the system, and then they are away.

The second sort is outright fraud. Their promoters know that the device is a con and cannot possibly work.

The machine we see in this picture is so noisy, clunky and inefficient, that it is hard to believe that it could fit into the first category.

There are also the types where energy is being removed from an unconsidered source (EM Induction or Atmospheric Thermal), but would still count towards the overall equation, it just has not been counted in the overall equation, this is more sloppy than fraud.

If I designed a machine that came out as Over Unity, I would go over all my calcs, system, instrumentation in minute detail to find what I had missed rather than believing that the machine was eff.>1

Yes, but that's only because our minds have been warped by an evil educational machine to make us believe that eff. =< 1. Our minds are not free to create, therefore, we will not be able to help society progress to a state where mechanism is sublimated and imagination soars!
