...the so-called "Tau Nine Treaty"?

I came across this on a woo forum and the little research that I did gave me basically nothing.

To me it sounds like something you would hear on a TV show like Stargate or something like that (read: I don't have a clue).

Is this just some woo thing that doesn't exist or have I just searched wrong?

The signatories to this most recent treaty are the Maji and the Illuminati, who together with representatives from the United Nations represent the present human population. There are at least three extra-terrestrial groups that are also signatories, being the Republic Society (http://javascript<b></b>:;) of Zetan J-Rods, the rogue (http://javascript<b></b>:;) Zetan J-Rods, and the Orion “Talls" (http://javascript<b></b>:;).
