I finally got around to cropping and resizing some of my images from the meeting. I plan on putting them up on my site soon, but I thought I'd post a few here first. :-)

Phil, it's quite heartening to see a presenter as excited about being at TAM as you obviously are.

Thanks for the photos. :)

I had a great time! Next year will be even better...

Until then, take a look at the rest of the images (http://www.badastronomy.com/fun/randi_2003.html)!

Nice photos, Bad Ast.
Who is the magician showing Girl 6 a trick? Just wondering.

Geez, Andrew really DOES look like the Subway guy!

Nice photos. Wish I'd been there. Sniff.

Andrew has had his brain converted to run on hydrogen, and this necessitates periodic ventings of partially unburnt gasses. If you missed these during the conference, they can be quite dramatic.

A more efficient system, with steam venting from the ears will be available early next year, but Andrew just had to be a pioneer.

Yeah, that hydrogen thing sure beats the hell out of my coal fired cranium.

I tried to get a cold-fusion brain, but now it's a free-energy machine. I got mine from the same plant as Jack Horkheimer's. Of course, his is a classic model. Mine was probably made in Malaysia or something! :p

P.S. Yes, Phil, on top of everything else, your contributions at the Planetarium were very much appreciated. I saw Saturn for the first time that night and I couldn't believe my eyes!

The magician in the photo with Girl6 is Jeff Ruttenberg, a local magician (and a really good one!) and a friend of Andrew's who volunteered to entertain on Friday night.

Here's a great picture from Larry Thornton's report on the meeting at http://www.members.shaw.ca/freethink/JREFConference.jpg/TAM.html

I can't decide whether to caption this photo "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" or "The Usual Gang of Idiots". ;)

What a remarkable group of people, brought together for one reason... to mock John Edward. :D
