As I was trying to say before the forum hiccuped:

Rural dream can disappoint (http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=857&ncid=757&e=10&u=/nm/20030922/od_uk_nm/oukoe_britain_rural)

The rural idyll's slower pace can lead to so-called "leisure sickness", where people feel ill because they have little to do, according to Sainsbury's Bank, which commissioned the research.
...
"Some people find that once they give up their city lives for a country living they become depressed and crave their old lifestyle," said a spokesman for Sainsbury's Bank, part of supermarket chain J. Sainsbury.

The bank said a lack of stimulation can lead to depression, headaches and fatigue.
Thought 1: Green Acres

Thought 2: Little to do? Lack of stimulation? This doesn't sound like the rural life I am familiar with. Apparently these people are not keeping busy fixing the roof, mowing the lawn feeding the chickens and plowing the back 40.

Hey, you can always move back to LA...

Think about this:
Leisure Sickness... there is no such thing as Boredom Insurance, "I'm a lazy good for nothin'" isnt a disease

Breathing Midday LA Weather... there must be a reason why the Life Insurance there is so damn expensive

Yahweh: I can come in to work tomorrow, I'm a stay home, I've been a little under the weather and I dont think I'll make it through the day.

Work: I see, we'll just find you a substitute real quick. Hey, what do got, is it that stomach virus that's been travelling around?

Yahweh: No, no, I'm just bored out of my mind.
