MSN network down?

Is it just me, or is the MSN network, including Hotmail, down? I always like to ask, just in case it's my imagination.

Also, my Internet connection has been bogged down, generally, for the past two days. Is this because MSN is down? Do they support some aspects of Internet speed, or what's up with this?

You would think that this would be big news, but it's not. I can't even log onto Microsoft.com.

Maybe Bill Gates needs to spend some of his money on a mirror backup of some kind. Geeze ... :boxedin:

Where are you? There are various bits of congestion for the internet at the moment following a spate of snapped wires (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/7222536.stm).

You can do a bit of investigating of how well the Internet is doing by using PING to see how the connection to your destination site is responding and checking the Internet Traffic Report at:
http://www.internettrafficreport.com/main.htm
to see how the World as a whole is holding up.
