View Full Version : U.S. Senator Calls for New Investigation

Apparently, Senator Arlen Specter (rep-PA) is not satisfied with the previous investigation of what happened the day the jets crashed in New York, especially in light of the destroyed videotapes. He's calling for a new investigation:

Congratulations, conspiracy theorists! Your voice is being heard! No doubt your 80% public support is what's motivating the Senator to make this matter a top priority.

Respectfully,
Myriad

There was more than one day the Jets crashed in that year. The real investigation should be into why they even bothered to cheat against the Jets.

If I'm being honest.. I'd rather have a second 9/11 investigation than a second spygate investigation.

Specter is going to dig out his old magic bullet charts again.

Yeah, but that'll be a conspiracy I can live with.

Arlen Specter, a U.S. senator from Pennsylvania and the ranking Republican on the Senate NFL office pool -- sorry, the Senate Judiciary Committee.

My mood has suddenly become much brighter. :D:D:D

Does this mean Specter is a Jets fan? I thought he was just sore that neither Pennsylvania team (the Steelers or Eagles) made it to the Super Bowl.

Specter in a known blow hole on Sports Talk Radio in the Philly area. The first letter he wrote to the commish was the weekend before the Pats played the Eagles.

He waits until the weeked before the Super Bowl to go to the Media?

The guy is a tool.

So when exactly is this big "football" game that you're all so excited about happening?
And just for the hell of it,(and because I'm Aussie) I'll say I'm rooting for the giants.

He's got his faults, but overall I'd consider him one of the least obnoxious Republicans in the Senate (for what that's worth).

Apparently he's now outraged that when he brought the matter up last week, Goodel's public response was something like, "Gee, if this is so important why didn't your staffers mention it when they wrote to my office asking for Super Bowl tickets?"

Oops. Keep pretending to be outraged by that "attempt" to embarrass you, Arlen. Maybe you can keep the public from noticing that it succeeded.

(And this, Sports Fans, is how conspiracies play out, in the real world.)

Respectfully,
Myriad

Oh I don't want to watch it, I just wanted to know when all this talk of Pats and Giants would end. It's already Sunday over here, so I guess that means tomorrow for me.

It's all coming together now. Bill O'Reilly dropped a bombshell this week. While attempting to bully Dennis Miller into making a bet on the Super Bowl, O'Reilly admitted that "the Patriots make Hillary Clinton look disorganized." Well, there it is, at long last--the Smoking Gun.

If this doesn't reveal something, I don't know what does.

Specter should investigate. We will get the magic airplane version. One airplane hit tower 1. turned right than left, paused in midair for 1.3 second than hit Connelly before exiting and hitting tower 7 breaking Connellay's wrist. Than Jackie Kennedy jumped out her grave in a pink dress before a grave digger put her back in.

Yeah, he didn't get a chance to hurl anything at Santa Claus this year so he's a little grumpy. :p

Can't Specter find a Santa Claus to boo or something?

Sigh.....I miss John Heinz. A true Steelers fan and statesman, he represented my little corner of the world with honor.:(
