And for video two... was that rehearsed?

Well, I'm real, but they didn't get a good shot of me in the video. I was the first and last guy in the first video.
And "rehearsed" is probably too strong a word for it.

Lots of non-forum people attend TAM. Even with this one being a mini-TAM, it was only about 1/3 forum members. So please, do attend, and don't feel like you have to out yourself as T.A.M. at TAM*.

And in the comments, they're still promoting the "Gravy is CIA" and "Gravy is a Freemason" lines that we were making fun of!That's hilarious. Once again a truther (Sizzler) makes our point for us.
For those who haven't seen them, here are some photos of the event. (http://wtc7lies.googlepages.com/tam5.5photos)
The deal with the heckling is, yes, it was all scripted (actual truther quotes), but none of it was rehearsed, which, uh, shows. It was supposed to be bang-bang, one after another. When I said, "Somebody didn't get their coffee" I should have been talking about myself, because that was entirely my fault. I had forgotten to assign the last lines in the first segment. (Four hours of sleep spread over two nights didn't help). Horatius saved the day by jumping up and taking those lines. The suggestion to use Wowbagger for the end of the presentation was Grayman's: brilliant.
The TAM 5.5 presentations will be available on DVD at some point.

Comedic gold! There any chance of this whole meeting being filmed? Yes, but not by me.
There was a professional video crew recording the whole thing (you can even see their camera, in the back, in my own videos). I am sure an official DVD set of the event will be released by JREF, eventually.
So... where those real hecklers (video 1) or were they just taking the piss? They were folks chosen to act like hecklers, to give the presentation a flavor of the lunacy Mark Roberts has to deal with.
And for video two... was that rehearsed? "Rehearsed" would be an exaggeration. It was planned and scripted (mostly). But, barely rehearsed.
Wowbagger is Woody Allen? Who knew... There is one key difference between us:

Where can I see this discussion that says that Gravy isn't a person?
It was just one person's musings that weren't supported by others, except when he emailed me to find out if I was a person, and I responded with what appeared to be a glitchy automated reply, including all sorts of strange authentication codes and abbreviations, that were intended to look as though they'd been sent through a variety of intelligence service networks and satellites. He then replied on Wikipedia that he brought this transmission to the computer people at work and they couldn't make head or tails of it. Just a little thing, but that was back in the days when debunking was fun.

You know, the first TAM only had about 100 attendees, and they released that on DVD, for a while. (Though, it no longer seems to be available.)
Why would this even better TAM 5.5 be unworthy of DVD treatment?!
chillzero
5th February 2008, 01:31 PM
I didn't say it was unworthy, and I think the idea was to make it accessible.
I added the 'drama' round YouTube, because it struck me as ironic... given the popularity of YouTube amongst the masses. :D

Your are the one with theories, 9/11 was an event based in reality, your opinions and bare assertions based on fantasy are all we get from you, plus outright wrong statements of hearsay. When can you back your ideas with some facts and evidence? You are over 10 times off on some of your statements. 10 times is a lot; an order of magnitude wrong; without sources. (why are your sources so wrong?)

It was hysterically funny - once I had recovered from my initial brief shock that we seemed to have been infiltrated. :D
I didn't mind a CTist soming to offer their opinion on the matter, but heckling is rude. Additionally I was very concerned that it may have been one of the few who had previously issued serious threats against Gravy, and was very relieved to see that it wasn't.

Yes - even more effective because my view was blocked by others who stood up to see who was shouting. I didn't see you at all.
It was by the second or third heckler that I was able to realise it was all ok.
