I’m thinking of starting a new blog solely for 9-11 videos related to factual information about the attacks and debunking 9-11 CT and would appreciate any suggestions. Embeddable videos are preferred but links are fine for any video that will play in flash with having to download any special player.
(And to the truthers, no woo, please.)

Check 911myths.com - posted lot of videos. Mostly about aircraft flight paths and
impacts.

Thanks njslim! It's true, I've posted a few on 911myths over the past few months. Obviously most are on Youtube somewhere, so I've taken the route of posting higher quality vids instead. See, for instance:
http://911myths.com/index.php/WTC7_Collapse_Videos
http://911myths.com/index.php/WTC7_Fire_Videos
http://911myths.com/index.php/WTC7_Damage_Videos
http://911myths.com/index.php/WTC7_Collapse_Expectations
There's some overlap between those & they don't include every possible video yet (and they're just videos, no text, I've not started on the WTC7 pages yet). Also, concentrating on maintaining the original quality means they're huge: you'll need broadband to stream them without interruption, and even then it might stall occasionally.
There are also relevant videos on other pages for the flights, hijackers and so on:
http://911myths.com/index.php/United_Airlines_Flight_175
http://911myths.com/index.php/American_Airlines_Flight_77
http://911myths.com/index.php/The_Hijackers
And see the bottom two sections of http://911myths.com/index.php/Responsibility for al-Quaeda video clips & hijacker video wills

SlimeBuster and aussiestormer have done some pretty good smack-downs of the woo on YouTube.

Thanks for the link DGM, I didn't know Internet Archive had the news reports from that day. I've been looking for it for a while, just to get the "raw stuff" without all the cutting done by twoofers.
