I just recently replaced my DSL cable modem (D-Link) and also installed a wireless router (Linksys).
I was eventually successful, but thanks to poor documentation it was a pretty awful experience.
Can anyone recommend a book or web site that will give me a basic understanding of networking, good enough for a home or small business?
I use Vista now, but one day I will set up a dual boot system with a Linux O/S also. So, if possible, I'd like something that explains the concepts generally and not specifically to one O/S.
