Not sure what the exact format is, they're two of a bunch of celebrities in an "open panel", but it'll be interesting to see if Penn calls Stein out.

That is one dialogue I would pay to see!

Dang. I'm going to that MYC mixer party, tonight. I think I will try to get someone to record it, for me. (It might be too late to get back to my apartment, to set up a recording, myself.)

Boy, that sounds like a pretty exciting mix of smart and stupid... all three of them! :D

Question: Is Ben Stein an atheist?
Not sure, but given his recent pro-ID movie it should be entertaining.

I'm assuming that this is going to be over ID, correct? If so, why Jillette? As much as I love Penn, I fear he's unqualified to discuss scientific issues and effectively combat Sonderkommando Stein's inanity.
Why not get Shermer or even Ken Miller? Even though he tends to be on "our" side, why another celebrity?

No, he's a right-wing Jew.

Because it's 'You're on Larry King Hello', not PBS.
Penn's Better entertainment.

I hope Penn brushed up on all the creationist/ID nonsense, as well as Stein's brand of it and recent activity.

OK, maybe calling Stein a "sonderkommando" was way over the top. But I can't think of a better word for someone willing to help America's homegrown Nazis.

That was a pretty disappointing show. Penn did seem to endorse Ron Paul, though, apart from that pesky 'race thing.' So that was something I didn't know about. There was no ID/evolution talk.

I think this is Penn Jillette's finest moment:
