Files related to Frank Oliver, ex-Scientologist and famous Suppressive Person, from his time as an OSA agent.

A LOT of information here. I hope this brings Frank out to affirm this information, and expand. He was silenced quite a long time ago, I think.

Very interesting (well I'm about half way through reading/browsing) especially the course-work checklists. I would love to read some essays from that. There's several things in it that are very good ideas, from their standpoint, like writing an essay about a hypothetical situation of a radio host calling and putting a member on the spot or how to address suppressive parents trying to get back their kid with a camera crew in tow.

I imagine, though, that pdf won't be on that site long, once the "Church" finds out; in its current form it seems to reproduce an entire copyrighted work, Hubbard's Manual of Justice. (Might be more in the second half, too, I suppose.)

Things that get removed have a way of being re-hosted on foreign servers that aren't affected by U.S. laws or copyright claims by the Church of Scientology. That's how most of us got the Tom Cruise video in the first place---it had been removed by DMCA complaint everywhere else. The Digital Millenium Copyright Act is only valid for websites and publishers that are headquartered or located within the United States. :D

Of course, you could always download the file from the Wiki site and share it with friends, if you were so inclined ;)

Even the source may be in some kind of legal limbo. I noticed the pdf is hosted on a .cx site which is Christmas Island, which seems to be part of Australia. I didn't look too closely but there may be a method to the madness of hosting a file on Christmas Island.

And, for the record, I only viewed the pdf online and retained no copy. I have since purged my internet cache and have no possession of the aforementioned pamphlet by a one Lafayette Ron Hubbard.

I'd suggest the site is registered for CX only. It's hardly likely to be running a large server farm and comms link. Also, Christmas Island is an Australian territory - very similar to US territories before they became states, e.g. Hawaii.

It is the file itself that is "wikileaks.cx" while the page it is hosted on is "wikileaks.org". It may still redirect from Christmas Island, but it at least seems that the file is hosted on Christmas Island.

Reading some of this stuff, I form the impression that the organization is peopled by deeply bureaucratic dweebs.

Did you see this one on that Wikileaks?

http://wikileaks.org/wiki/Citizens_Commission_on_Human_Rights_exposed_as_a_S cientology_front

Citizens Commission on Human Rights exposed as a Scientology front

It was leaked for a number of reasons:
- Scientology denies that it is behind CCHR (which is clearly contradicted by the references in the emails)
- It shows, clearly, how Scientologists and the CCHR are deliberately manipulating the media... using false accounts and sock puppetry to skew information.
- It shows just how Machiavellian and hypocritical the CCHR is in their planning and execution of attacks against peer-reviewed medical science.

When is the government gonna get some balls and go after these loons?

Hopefully all this attention that Tom Cruise is bringing to this cult will cause more and more people to come out of the woodwork and either get this "church" shut down or at least remove their tax exempt status.

Do you ever get the feeling that if scientology was a cult for asian or black people it would have been sorted out quite some time ago?

Wow! That's the biggest news since Lance Bass announced that he's gay.
