So, if I read that page right, his thesis is that almost all the basic myths that date to the early days of human culture are based on observations of aurorae, because aurorae were stronger back then?

Doesn't seem too ridiculous, although it seems to me that he's drawing too much of a connection between the term "axis mundi" and the earth's axis. But he's the expert in ancient languages, not me.


P.S. I usually view any use of the word "epistemology" on a website as a major red flag.:)
