If Agur can control the weather, has he thought of the implications of causing unstable weather in this area? It will burden our governments, perhaps cause deaths due to power outages, flooding, etc. Has he considered the moral implications of his acts? I suggest he confine his tests to the baldness, as it will be the most convincing proof to win the $1,000,000. If he has the powers he claims, he should use it to heal people, not hurt them.
