Rush gets special treatment....from the Fox Media

Listening to the Stern show this morning ( hey it beats NPR) they were talking about how the Rush pill popper story is not barely being reported by the Fox outlets as compared with the coverage from the other news network. I guess Rush is close buddies wh some Fox bigwig (I forget the name). Ive heard that the Fox stories even go as far to discredit the drug story.

Anyone notice this??

Well Rush is a conservative spokesman, and certainly Fox is a very conservative station.

So its really not that surprising that Fox would try and smooth over the Limbaugh allegations.

And besides, if any illegal "pill popping" took place, it was most likely the fault of the "liberal media" and not Rush. :rolleyes:

Funny, I saw the Rush news on the Fox website and it was reported on almost every Fox news program yesterday.

Is there any evidence Fox was downplaying the story?

The even made it one of the segments on Special Report. The special report rountable usually doesn't even discuss issues like these.

This may be another example of people seeing what they want to see.
