Yes it finally been annoced, if you don't believe me look in the clay mathematics website(look below for link), there giving the way the million pounds. The person who got it called de Branges is going to use it to build a mathematical istitute from a castle.
If your a fan of newscientist you can read it online, however they don't give the full details.
