I was in a local library today and spotted in the 'New Books' section "9.11 The New Evidence" by one Ian Henshall (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/search-handle-url?%5Fencoding=UTF8&search-type=ss&index=books&field-author=Ian%20Henshall) the back cover was a laundry list of the usual assertions about 9/11 and dubious praise from various newspapers.

I've never heard of this guy before but he seems to be a another person trying to make a fast buck peddling troofer claims.

I also cannot remember his name being mentioned here. Have we ever covered him? And has anyone had the misfortune of encountering him?

He co-wrote "9/11 revealed", as that link points out, which contains so much garbage that even 911research felt the need to point some of it out. See http://911research.wtc7.net/essays/911revealed/index.html

Well he's seems to be still peddling the same filth, if I get a chance to go back I'll see if I can photocopy the back cover and I'll post his laundry list.

As far as I recall he is an fringe British journalist. His book started the whole no phones on AA77 thing that David Ray Griffin ran with. I just did a post on it over at the ole blog.

For all the claims that the Truth Movement is not well represented in the media, I counted six books on 'alternative 9/11 theories' in the politics section of my local Waterstones. There were only three that covered the War on Iraq.

The charity shop down the road also had three copies of The New Pearl Harbour. Either it's a hopeful plan of dissemination or somebody was dreadfully unimpressed.
