The sexual harrassment claims may gain Arnold votes from people who live in the bad parts of town.
If I know the male population from West Side Long Beach and Compton, when they hear that Arnold sexually harrassed women, they'll say, "Cuh, Ahnold da pimp."

Hey! I resemble that remark!
... I'm from (east, go Rams!:p) Long Beach. :(;)
But do people still use "cuh"? I haven't noticed recently, and that usage reached as far as my school.

"Cuh" still is used a little. I heard it used repeatedly by a person at my city college just recently. But it's not used as much as it used to. It was used a lot when I was in 5th grade.
The word that was more popular when I was in middle school and high school was "dawg", perhaps influenced by Snoop Doggy Dog(I don't remember how to spell his name). I was in 6th grade when the Snoop Doggy Dog song with the lyric "With my mind on my money and my money on my mind" was popular.
I chose "cuh" instead of "dawg" because "cuh" rolls off the tongue more with the other stuff in the sentence.
