No claims other than anectdotes.
No references.
No nothing.....
They give tons of factual information that has nothing to do with what they are doing, but never explain how THEIR procedure works.

They are advertising locally and have local hosts doing the reads live, which make people believe that it really works.
Oh yeah./.. and it's ONLY TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS

P.S. I just posted this on their Questionaire....
Your entire business is a FRAUD.
$200 for something that does NOTHING other than maybe a placebo effect is the worst kind of ripoff there is.
Losing weight cannot be cured by pointing a laser at my skin.
If you have ANY scientific evidence... REAL peer-reviewed science behind this, then why are there no links. There is nothing on your website except facts about smoking and dipping and being fat, but NOTHING...NOTHING about how it really is supposed to work. No links, no science, no nothing.
I know you get away with this because you are not doing anything the FDA can control, and it is a SHAME that you are allowed to call yourself a clinic. You give the complete impression of being a medical related business, and it is clearly not. You are selling the equivalent SNAKE OIL.
Let's see what I get back.

Is there a website (directory type setup) that links to all these scams with lay person explanations as to why they are scams?
If not maybe we should all start one.
(I'm looking at you, infomercial health crap.)

Let's see what I get back.My money's on nothing whatsoever. Your email will just be consigned to the dump bin and no-one will give it serious consideration. To get a response from businesses like this you need to be polite and businesslike. Calling them a fraud in the very first line isn't likely to get you very far.
