Okay.
According to The Moscow Times (and other papers), there are penis snatchers on the loose again in Congo. They use black witchcraft to steal people's penises. They can be identified by the gold ring they wear, and they perform their magic by touching the victim (I'm assuming something like brushing past in a crowded area). The victims cannot be reassured that their genitals are in tact.
The part that isn't funny, is that innocent men are being incarcerated for using black witchcraft, and witchcraft doesn't even exist. But a gold ring is a gold ring, therefore he must've done it.
