It's the Gish Gallop in web page format!
Let's pick #2: "Creation is made of particles, indiscernible to our eyes (Hebrews 11:3). Not until the 19th century was it discovered that all visible matter consists of invisible elements."
What does Hebrews 11:3 actually say?
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
Huh? This predicts atoms? And didn't the Greeks philosophize about atoms hundreds of years before that was written anyway?
Just 100 more to go. Or maybe not.

I notice two things -- the actual Bible verses are not quoted (I'm really not prepared to look them up to see the convoluted "interpretations") and the "evidence" is all from Creationist "Science" sources. Can I say **** ****?

Ah, the good old "looking for evidence that fits the answer and disregard the rest" game :)

How about inventing stories in the bible and then attaching a reference to the story?
From the link above
Scripture assumes a revolving (spherical) earth (Luke 17:34-36). Jesus said that at His return some would be asleep at night while others would be working at day time activities in the field. This is a clear indication of a revolving earth, with day and night occurring simultaneously.
However (Luke 17:34-36) says
34I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.
35Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
36Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

Another 99 to go.

OO..oo..I'll do one....this is fun (well..for a given value of 'fun')
#18.
The earth is a sphere (Isaiah 40:22). At a time when many thought the earth was flat, the Bible told us that the earth is spherical.
So, to start with, what does the actual passage say?
Isaiah 40:22
It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in.
Hardly clear cut is it? Vague reference to a 'circle' - hardly sounds like a spherical earth to me.
The quoted source is hardly much more helpful, for instance citing Proverbs 8:27 as also referring to a 'circle', when in fact it says:
When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth.
Nothing at all about a 'circle'. Not that it makes any difference. Quote mining the bible for references to circles isn't going to get around this one.
As it happens, my understanding is that there is a fair amount of evidence that a spherical earth has been around as an idea for a very, very, very long time, and it's almost an urban myth that there was some great belief in a flat earth.
