For those that are interested in this, Ritchie Shoemaker whose work I consider to be questionable, did an interview with Joe Hughes on Indoor air quality or (IAQ) Radio. (a trade based podcast on an industry that I consider to be of questionable value and also full of shady characters) You can get it at itunes.

Shoemaker did a lot of back peddling or (shifting of the goal post if you will) on the mycotoxin issue probably due to a large part because of the below paper.

I have very little respect for this because I believe a lot of his clients came to him with the intent of using him, his test's and work in court. And his major theme was "bio toxins" and how they relate to illness, I understand this theme to have been used extensively to prove injuries due to mold by him and others.

The rest of everything he said you would need to be an academic to even understand it's significance if there even is any. My guess is he took the trappings of the immune related sciences involved and made hypothesis and inferences as they relate to mold, but actually having no basis in science or simply made up like the mycotoxin theory seems to have been.
