I honestly don't know where the poster was going with this. Anyone have any thoughts?

Generating business for book, tape, or web sales based on fear tactics?

In any case weather control via cloud seeding is a different, and legitimate thing, compared to the CT fear monger fairy tale of "chem trails".

It seemed to me that he was trying to tie chem trails with cloud seeding, which seems stupid to me.

Wait until he tries to tie chemtrails to HAARP.

Nut case!
My thoughts exactly. Identifying contrails as “chemtrails” as the basis for his entire rant.…

I told him "Alex Jones called, he wants his conspiracy theory back." He responds with this garbage:

"lol dont be retarded geoff

most of all dont be lazy; read what was posted. if you wish to mock know what youre mocking first; alex jones and the counter culture are their own worst enemies.

facts are there yo. i can bring you food but i will not spoon feed you. ;p

ps: common sense is the new ignorance. deductive reasoning is a precious commodity."

I then go on to say that Im not mocking weather modification. Im mocking chemtrails. When you identify a real thing such as contrails as a chemtrails is when you start to be ignorant. I read what was posted. All you did was list names and chemicals. You provided no proof that any of the pics you submitted as "chemtrails" have anything to do with weather modification. All you say is that pics show weather mod efforts. What basis do you have to say that?

Im anxiously awaiting a response.

Ask him about "spider webs," Morgellons, and if he's checked his house for fibers with a black light yet.

Find out if he has built a "Chembuster" in his back yard yet, or if he has any "Holy Hand Grenades"

Where's that picture of the aircraft control panel with the poison spray nozzles?

LOL... Yeah, I'm pretty sure if there's a conspiracy fantasy out there, it's passed through Alex Jones at some point.

Anyway, good. That's always the best response: Asking the claimant to support his or her argument. Most have to resort to cutting and pasting from a website (Ack! So do I!) because they don't have the expertise to really follow the argument (Ack! I plead the 5th on this :o!...). But it's in the follow-up questions where you determine whether they've really studied the subject or not.

If you want to try to push a button, you might point out that there's a difference between deductive and inductive reasoning, and that he doesn't appear to really be doing either, but that's getting a little too meta for some posters... :D

um... who did that chemtrail video? And why isn't it set when anytime someone posts a thread about Chemtrails that it is automatically embedded in the next post?

A constructive point on the OP rant - it refers to one type of weather modification and one only, that i saw - cloud seeding. this makes it rain. It's not spooky. All the members are from dry states (CA, UT, CO, etc...). If they invented a rain dance that worked, would that be troubling?

Also, I've been meaning to dig up the official JREF(tm) explanation for chemtrails for my own enlightenment and that of friends. The google search isn't turning up many solid threads. Is there a good overall debunk/explanation for that lingering, hazy type of trail IDd as chemtrails? Whatever they are, they're over my city almost every day. Anyone?

As soon as I read somethig this stupid I assume the writer doesn't know what the hell he's ranting about.

lateralusreality, I'd let this nutcase be.

Try using "turbofan" and "turbojet" as search terms. I recall a good site (it might not be JREF) that explained the differences between the contrails they produce, and how these differences have lead to a lot of the chemtrail nonsense lately.

If you google the phrase "persistent contrails", you get links to a large amount of scientific data showing that regular jet contrails can last a long time and spread, depending on temp and humidity. Most of the chemtrail believers I've seen seem to think that one that dissipates is a contrail, but if it persists, it's an evil chemtrail. Those sites demonstrate that this distinction is not at all true.

Thanks, guys.

Also, the OP that was there last night until I bumped it, had mentioned studies on the flaked silver (?) used in cloud seeding, and its toxic effects on wildlife (mostly birds, I presume). There was an implied connection between seeding and chemtrails, and this being the harmful effect (not so much mind control or whatever) I'll look into it a bit.

It truly is amazing. The disinfo program regarding chemtrails is over 65 years old!
Consider this early disinfo attempt from that notorious NWO shill Antoine de Saint-Exupery:

The German on the ground knows us by the pearly white scarf which every plane flying at high altitude trails behind like a bridal veil. The disturbance caused by our meteoric flight crystallizes the watery vapor in the atmosphere. We unwind behind us a cirrus of icicles. If the atmospheric conditions are favorable to the formation of clouds, our wake will thicken bit by bit and become an evening cloud over the countryside.

From "Flight to Arras" Chapter 8 Copyright 1942
Available in Airman's Odyssey, published by Harcourt Brace & Company

Notice how he cleverly implies that not only do high-flying airplanes leave contrails, but that when conditions are right, they will thicken and cover the sky! It's almost as though he had observed, over 65 years ago, the same sort of phenomena that people are seeing today.
