What you think these russians experiments, where people was hypnotised at long distance?
Is it just feeling little a un-natural? Or is it just another hoax stories?

The technique of remote influencing was developed from 'Sleep-Wake hypnosis' which was discovered by the Russians in the 1930s; it being the ability to hypnotise people from a distance.
