If anybody has already thought of this, then tell me, otherwise, I want this TRADEMARKED because this is just BEAUTIFUL!
"If man's purpose is to serve God, then what is God's purpose? If God has a purpose, then who gave it to him? If he has no purpose, then why not save a step and say that man has no purpose?"

Maybe purpose is an emergent property of thinking things.
Like a stone's hardness is to the stone or water's wetness is to water.

Myeh, a repackaging of infinite regression.
The fact there is no evidence and that it makes no sense whatsoever is a better reason to be an atheist.

I think so. The idea that "purpose" has to come from outside hasn't been my experience. My actions have had many "purposes" over the years, though some may have been purposeless. Certainly, a purpose as vague as "To serve God" isn't a very strong vector for deciding on a course of action.
