OK, thanks for returning.
When it comes time to distribute the boxes, we could in theory have 200 people descending on us. For obvious reasons, we're going to need several people at the table to ensure things happen in a relatively smooth manner. This will primarily entail making sure no box leaves the table unless someone has actually handed over a raffle coupon.
Number of extra people needed: ~5
Time commitment: 30 minutes max.
When: Saturday afternoon break (time subject to change, but unlikely)
Also, no one helping at the table should be participating in the raffle. It really wouldn't look too good if one of us magically found the Golden Pigasus, would it?
