I am helping a customer who cannot connect to our paid podcasts.
So, I got his IP address from his email, which in the header said it was in california on comcast.
I did a traceroute.
And it goes to florida.
This is obviously why he can't make a network connection to us!
How is that sort of thing allowed to happen?
And now I need to figure out how I, a non-customer, can get comcast's attention on this matter.
