I found this very convincing video on youtube. It was posted on Bad Astronomy and well received there. So debunk this if you can.
I used to believe the government would never lie to us but after viewing this I am confused.

Gee that is very well researched. I am sure NASA will be very embarrassed by some of those images, now that they have been discovered. One has to wonder were this will all end

This is a strange statement, and I wonder if it says something about CTs. I, for one, accept that we went to the moon, while believing that our governments lie to us routinely!

So Jimbo, I am confused, are you arguing this film is not authentic, and a real time bomb for NASA?

No, I was just pointing out the disconnect between lying and CTs... it had little to do with the videos.

I used to believe people landed on the Moon, too... but after reading "Bad Astronomy" and hearing Phil Plait talk about it, now I am convinced there is actual evidence for it.

.
I see no disconnect here.
I lived thru the LBJ "credibility gap", and have no reason to believe much of what anyone in the gummint says about anything.
Especially WMDs!
But to the Moon, we did go!
Too many people worked on that program for it to have been bogus, and NOT been exposed as such.
Even our enemies failed to find any hoaxing in any of it.

This is rubbish.I have watched some seconds through out the video, but stopped as soon as author showed a photo from lunch pad with rocket and superimposed "trajectory" for rocket and claimed that it would crash instantly to tower.(If any of used terms are wrong, alert me,here is evening after a loong day ;) )
Anything else or we are done with MH for some time?

The idea that the moon landings were faked, is based on the January 6, 1967 episode of Hogan's Heroes.

I found that to be one of the more convincing proofs. You don't expect me to believe the laws of physics and vector analysis were suspended for the flight do you? If the rocket actually took off in the direction claimed it would probably be passing through the orbit of planet X by now.

Wow. The laws of physics and "vector analysis" for the launch are available for anybody in the world to study. It's amazing that so many experts were fooled by this. There must be NO bounds to the power of The Man!

I have NEVER said or implied suspension of laws of physics. Moreover I study physics at university level,so it would be highly wrong from me to claim suspension.
But there is no need for that.It is enough for rocket to go first seconds/minutes (possible correction required,no time now for googling)straight and then start manouver to aim itself at target point, since you want first to get as quickly/far as possible from earth gravity so you will not need much fuel for manouvers.
Rest what others said.(Like twinstead)

Not only do you watch the film the entire way through, grunting and moaning at what you term its failed attempts at humour, but you have the audacity to make your opinion -that this was made by a geek- known on a public forum at 2:30 in the morning. A terrific use of your life.

Marilu Henner (http://www.chickipedia.com/marilu-henner/)"went to the moon" that night also
Several years ago, during an interview on the late-night NBC program Later, she revealed that she can remember what she did on any given date in the past. The host, Bob Costas chose to ask about July 20, 1969, the night of the first moon landing. Henner was briefly dumbstruck before revealing that she had lost her virginity that night in the shower, to which Costas replied, "At least we know Neil Armstrong wasn't the culprit."

I was in the pub last night, at a meeting of my Thursday night beer drinkers association discussion group. We were talking about the moon hoax for a few minutes, and later the landlord asked me "You don't really believe they went to the moon, do you?" (paraphrased, I can't remember the exact words). What do you say to that?

I should have gone down the drinks on the house route. The barman had previously tipped a pint of Greene King IPA over me (it was accidental).

I'd say it was far more convincing; it was narrated with a British accent!

That was the least convincing part, accent or no. His blatant misrepresentation of a Tetrahedron (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tetrahedron) as a Pyramid (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pyramid) makes me suspect the whole thing might be a put-on by some moon-hugging disinfo shill!
