We have seen an interesting phenomena over the past two years ..

Has any one noticed how, that once skeptical inquiry was applied to the most sacred
Bigfoot evidential icons; the PGF, Skookum cast, Memorial Day Video and foot print
casts in general; proponent support has dwindled to almost nothing, in the most popular Bigfoot
discussion groups.

I call this the “ Puff The Magic Dragon “ effect ..

“One grey night it happened, Jackie Paper came no more
And Puff that mighty dragon, he ceased his fearless roar.”

If I kill an imaginary beast do I reap imaginary rewards? Or pay imaginary consequences?

I would imagine so.

Don't you have to find it to kill it? :DI challenged the BF "nation" to a duel to the death...but they were to cowardly to show up. At this point, they no longer exist as far as I am concerned.

I challenged the BF "nation" to a duel to the death...but they were to cowardly to show up. At this point, they no longer exist as far as I am concerned.

Ah yes, you and Bruto were seriously tempting fate by trying to piss off the invisible bigfoots. And I quote:

Well...I tried my best, still nada...no Bigfoot, no attack. I mean I taunted, yelled, had "Bigfoot go home", "Bigfoot, it's whats for dinner" signs up, etc. but he didn't show up.

It was just me and my sleeping back, in the woods...two days in a row of hurtful taunts, thinking bad thoughts about the ole Mighty One..and nothing.

Historian, what am I doing wrong?

I sure hope the other "taunters" have had better luck.

You are one brave soul!

Bigfoot is on MonsterQuest right now on the History Channel. They are touting the fact that two supposed eye witnesses passed a polygraph.

ETA: My bad, it's actually the "dog man"

Some people claim that Bigfoots are actually "tulpas," beings called into existance by people's belief in them.

If that is true, perhaps skepticism has killed them!
