A forum member needs to contace google pronto. Very important and she said they don't seem to be rushing to answer her email inquiry.

By important I mean VERY IMPORTANT.

Any suggestions?

Send a DMCA notice? A critical part of google's profit model is makeing sure you deal with machines rather than people.
