Turbofan, do you think you could reply seriously to a serious question? Have you looked at the NIST web site? Have you done any reading at all? Your wisecrack really doesn't further your argument. And it isn't even funny.

You mean WTC 7 defied the laws of physics? Then how did it manage to fall down? Are you seriously claiming that if it were a natural collapse it defied the laws of physics but the exact same collapse being a CD doesn't? Are you having a cerbrovascular accident, Myocardial infarction or bursting cerebral or aortic aneurysm?

I had heard the summer of '08 but can't find a reference to this at the NIST site at the moment.
Red I., and Turbofan, may say "Aha! It's because they are trying to cover up and are having difficulty!"
Others will say that the collapse of the Salomon Bros Building is now history, which tends to be regarded as less urgent than other matters. Speaking as a historian, I would say 1/ we get less funding than those hotshot engineering types, and 2/ generally historians are quite comfortable waiting. All good things come to those who can wait, as the song says. And what the heck.

The NIST report will first be issued as a draft, available for public comments. If you believe their report defies physics, you are welcome to submit your comments to NIST in writing, explaining in detail how you arrived at your conclusion. I would welcome you to post a copy of your comments here

I guess they should be asking you for advice.
