So, do you think the defendant will try to blame Chili's (or even sue them) for serving him too much alcohol?

Michael Ryan Hare, 24, was charged with murder Friday. He's scheduled to appear in court Monday.

Harris County Sheriff's Department investigators said Hare had been drinking at the restaurant's bar when he made repeated, unwanted advances toward an employee.

A rejected Hare left the restaurant, investigators said. At about 11:20 p.m., Hare returned with a gun and fired several rounds at Monroy, investigators said. The man fled as the 32-year-old Monroy lay dead in the restaurant's parking lot.
