Dennis Lee is now claiming to have a device that provides a nine-fold increase in automobile mileage. The good news is that when I typed his name into Google, the first hit was a webpage (http://www.phact.org/e/dennis.html) debunking his claims. It's not the prettiest or the most elegant, but I am pleased to that some progress is being made to stop that perennial fraud.
