"I want to again urge all Americans to wear sunscreen, particularly this summer, stay out of the sun as much as possible, wear sunscreen, and if you ever have any slight discoloration, please go to your dermatologist or your doctor and get it checked up on."

Senator Obama has slight discoloration all over his body. What should he do, Dr. McCain?

Did he claim that it was an alternative to seeking a cure for cancer? If so, then its a true parody.

McCain has a point, speaking as a poster boy for the melanin-challenged squad.

Obama never said that adjusting the pressure of your tires would replace an energy policy.

I would like to further add that Senator Obama never said that adjusting the pressure of your tires would cure cancer. I have to agree with what he didn't say.

It is an alternative to using an umbrella all the time while outdoors.

Cancer prevention is closely analogous to fuel economy, in that both are far more efficient solutions to a problem than their alternatives. Obama didn't claim that tire inflation is a replacement for seeking further energy resources any more than McCain claimed that sunscreen is a replacement for seeking a cure for cancer. Both were merely suggesting a simple way to help lessen the urgency for the long-term solution to be found.

If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be
it. The long term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by
scientists..
