4.0 Earthquake and 9/11 Truth: A Question

Earlier this evening I had the rather unpleasant experience of a surprisingly strong 4.0 earthquake here in the San Francisco Bay Area. Locals here usually scoff at a 4.0; Thats just a baby. But this one has my neighbors and myself in disaster preparedness mode.

After going through my preparedness routine, I turned on the local news. Several people interviewed, when asked what they experienced, said it "Felt like a bomb went off", "I heard an explosion", "I felt the ground start to shake then BOOOOM!"

Now I might be having a little more anxiety than usual, but this stuff sounds a lot like the witnesses to the 9/11 attacks, which is making me wonder if the troofers were really onto something, which brings me to my question:

Has the NWO developed earthquake generating technology? This may sound trivial to you, but your answer will determine if I sleep indoors tonight or I pitch a tent in my front yard. Thank you.

I forgot to mention the inconsistencies in the initial reporting of events. The USGS initially reported a magnitude of 4.2, then 4.1 before finally arriving at their conclusion of magnitude 4.0. Then there was some confusion of the epicenter. USGS finally has settled on the epicenter as 2 km (1 miles) ENE (71°) from Berkeley, CA; Initial reports had the epicenter in Hayward, CA, which is much further to the south. The inconsistencies are glaring.

I certainly hope this isn't the beginning of yet another sloppy NWO Gubmit conspiracy. I'm sleeping in the tent for sure.

You know, I've heard a new nuts going on about how the recent catastrophic earthquakes in China were the product of HAARP. So they could very well be testing HAARP as a method to cause false flag earthquake attacks as a pretext for martial law... or something.
