Actually, it sorta does. If they do not agree with the official story, what options does that leave? Either they are not interested enough in their own profession to look at the most famous building collapses and airline crashes in history, or else they don't seem to care that their own government murdered 3000 of its people. If you pull the "they are afraid of losing their jobs" argument, then we're back to square one--the VAST MAJORITY of all the engineers and air crash investigators and scientists are all shallow cowards, which is just as unlikely as all of them being brainwashed.

You've created a false dichotomy here.
Just think of Richard Gage and his 400 other "architects and engineers" and how despite their ludicrous claims Gage is still a member of the AIA, and practicing architecture. Perhaps then you'll see that the whole concept that people wouldn't speak out for fear of reprisals is apparently untrue. They have every opportunity to speak out if they feel that the NIST reports' general conclusion is incorrect. Purdue, and a few other institutions have already criticized the NIST report on several individual factors.

How many of those were several seconds before the collapse started? How many of those were reported during the collapse?

Watch any video of a CD and note the delay between sound of the explosion and the collapse.

They would all leave some seismic signal. The main support columns were enbedded in solid granite. CD use two types of explosives. One cuts the steel, the other kicks the section out of the way. The steel support columns were attached to solid granite. Any explosives going off against the steel would cause vibrations in the granite that would be picked up by siesmographs.

The siesmographs only picked up the plane impacts and the collapses. The collapse signals look just like it should. No spikes of demolition charges going off.
