Not as funny as the morans guy (because that one also involved irony) but funny nonetheless.
He probably went to a public school in a Dem-controlled town. ;)

It's one of their buzz words. The campaign is built around that word. Now we know why they buy it.

Really? I guess that explains this post of yours: "Obama and Biden singlely are both better educated than Grampa and Caribou Barbie combined. Probably inately more intelligent and less given to do strange and irrational, ill-advised crap."
Singlely?? Inately?

Hey, lighten up....everyone knows that after 8 years of Bush, the economy is so bad no one can afford to spell check.

Heck, I even have to scrimp on punctuation as the commas are so expensive these days. But I am always careful to use my full stops as I already know how expensive a missed period can be.

Normally I wouldn't do a spelling troll, as hey, we all make mistakes, but in the context of this thread, and Lefty's post insulting the intelligence of others, I thought it was fair.

Maybe that's the Republican's new rallying point:
"He's such a rebel, he even spells words different than the mainstream!"
They should rename the private jet: "The Strait Talk Express"
Quayle must've been a mavrick as well.

LOL!
5 points if you can tell me what the "peace symbol" is meant to convey.
EDIT: 15 points if you can tell me what it means inverted.

It's the old anti nuclear proliferation symbol, it's a somewhat logical progression from that to "peace".
ETA: I think there is still some debate about it, but I believe the symbol itself is meant to be a combination of the semaphore letters N and P.
I have no idea about the inverted one offhand, though.

Yes, it is flag semaphore for N-D for Nuclear Disarmament superimposed.
Inverted it is U-D for Universal Disarmament.

Ah, N-D, right track, wrong letters.
I was thinking it was another semaphore letter pairing, but I don't know that alphabet by heart.

Had to learn it in Boy Scouts.

I think the Bertrand Russel version more ressembled that in the picture. The later version with the full-length cetral member may have come about because of the Mercedes logo. Or it may have been easier for cottage industry jewelry makers to fabricate. I have heard both explanations.
