I don't know if it was a poll that was recently taken but I thought I'd ask as to what distribution some of my fellow Linux users are using.

I have Mandriva on a spare machine, just to play around with. Ubuntu didn't want to install on it for some reason.

I use Ubuntu 8.04 but I have run a few distros from live CDs. I really like the Moonlight themed OpenGEU disto.

Ubuntu is the first distribution I've used that installed without any problems whatsoever; everything worked!

I have openSUSE 10.3 on my laptop at home and debian lenny on my work machine. I prefer openSUSE but there are certain bits of software (data fitting) that refuse to work on it, hence the debian machine.
