Also, note to self: stopping someone from bullhorning a crowd is a violation of the First Amendment. However, using a bullhorn to prevent others from speaking is, apparently, not.

Nothing is stopping Alex Jones from yelling "9/11 was an inside job" still, so 1st amendment rights still apply.

That whole incident with MSNBC and those protesters could easily be construed by law enforcement as disturbing the peace.
I would imagine that MSNBC didn't complain about it though because that would have put them in an awkward position.
If they had though then there is no doubt that LE would have had a justifiable cause to disperse that crowd.
If anything that protest painted MSNBC in a positive light.
