This documentary about the 22-story Marriott World Trade Center Hotel in the shadow of the twin towers that was destroyed on 9/11 premiered on Channel 4 in the UK this week and has already made it to YouTube. (Isn't the internet wonderful?)

It's in five parts and I've made a playlist that can be viewed on my blog (http://911vids.blogspot.com/2008/09/911-hotel.html)or you can watch it on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ROe3fyAZt_k).

Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

In my studies of 9/11, I really haven't given the Marriott or the other damaged building much thought, other than looking at the overall picture. But this and the stories of the other buildings that Ref has brought us are very important as it gives us a more complete and clearer understanding of the extent of the attack on New York.

Thanks again.

A very insightful documentary.

The story of the Irish man was just mindblowing... what with the girl turning 11 on the day the attacks took place, the woman he helped that got burned in the lobby dying 40 days later and then his sister crashing into the South tower which he witnessed happening after being in the North tower whilst it was hit.

I agree. That particular story had the biggest impact on me, and was foremost in my mind when I also watched 'The 911 Faker' about Tania Head. It angers me that people like him may have their stories doubted because of freaks like her.
