View Full Version : Phil Moore: UK Truth Douche (Video)

My latest video. British truther takes over the PA system at a supermarket and gets the bum's rush from security. It's surely a testament to the maturity of their movement that truthers actually believe they’re accomplishing something with these adolescent pranks.

Wow, I never knew that "activist" meant Rule 10-word-that-rhymes-with-"gas-pipe". It really is about self-promotion, not the truth, isn't it?

He's not doing the "movement" any favours. To your average Tesco shopper, he might as well have been drinking meths in a park and bothering the pigeons.

Ahhh...is there something that goes beyond "Douche"? That guy certainly qualifies for it.

You should know. You're a Doctor!

A D&C, though it is a uterine procedure, not vaginal.

But I meant a term that is indicates an even bigger moron than "Douche" does.

Colostomy bag?

Yah that would do it, but it uses too many syllables.

I thought it appropriate based on what it contains. ;)

There was one truther a few years ago who made a video where he set the screen savers of the computers in some appliance store (Best Buy or Circuit City or something) to display truther web site urls or something stupid... anyone know if that video is still up?

I mentioned that guy a while back on this forum.

This is Chuck Newell, the same guy who went into electronic stores with a flash drive and browser hijacked the laptops for sale so the home page would go to a 9-11 Truth site.

Dammit, now I remember the thread we had on the guy who tried to reprogram the store computer. So something like the UK incident was already tried.
But I am sure that inspired by the Uk story, some truther in the US will try the exact same grab hold of the PA system stunt.

A) The first compelling argument for tesco security to be given mace has been made.

B) Look as someone who was active in the UK/Irl protest scene in the late 90s/00's I mean c'mon. We had anti road protesters who fashioned giant hoop skirts and under the disguise of thumping techno sound systems jack hammered sections of motorways. We had guys and gals, who'd create Vietcong esque tree platforms and tunnels to obstruct national infrastructure projects. Christ Dads protesting about visitation could invade national institutions, and disrupt national transport.

And you're clapping yourself on the back for mugging the microphone in your local tescos? Men dressed like spidermen, are arsing with london bridge. Men dressed like batman and robin are exposing security flaws at winsdor. And you arsing about with your Justin and Nigel accent, and wrestling with a PA at tescos. You are a blood pumping and oxygen breathing argument for armed uk security. I mean the general concern is that someone might kill an innocent man or woman, but if the odds are someone like these two could wander into the field of fire, there could be lottery money available to support this "nonsense"

Your post reminded me of Swampy.

New motorway? This fella was camping out there. New airport runway? He was out there.

Mass murder of innocent civilians? Tesco intercom will suffice.

Now that you mention it, I can’t think of a single truther willing to follow Gandhi or Dr. King’s principles of non-violent resistance in their protests and get themselves arrested for their cause.

No chaining themselves to the White House gate, no sit ins at NBC or CBS headquarters, just holding up some lame signs and taking over the intercoms at supermarkets and Wal-Marts and getting back home in time for The Simpsons or a hot dinner from mom.

Part of non-violent resistance is to take your lumps and be willing to be arrested for your beliefs. In the few cases where truthers have been arrested, they immediately start whining about the “police state” and rush to get up a video on YouTube or get in an on-air phone call to a sympathetic Alex Jones.

It’s just typical adolescent rebellion. Lots of noise and attention seeking but nothing of importance sacrificed and nothing of importance gained.

I've heard the phrase "douche canoe" somewhere recently and I kind of like it. I've been using that term lately when the need for an insult beyond "douche" arises. Some friends have done some interesting photoshops of the phrase as well.

He took the easy target, no air to air defence missiles, no dug in machine guns, no MIB, no hidden death squads.

What a pussy, the Tesco’s round my place would have arrested him, beat him and renditioned him.

Sorry, on behave of my small area of the UK; sorry we actually produce such douche bags.I mean it, sorry.

Now there's an activist I can admire!

The only question I have is, were they women or cross-dressers? It still works either way, but I'm idly curious....:)

Ah,Tesco. My wife and I got to know the ones near major rail stations in London well on our vacations to the UK. The one right across from Victoria Station in London got our business on a nearly daily basis.

The douche song comes from South Park episode 615, where John Edward was crowned "The Biggest Douche In The Universe" after vehemently denying his douchedom throughout the episode.

Truthers think annoying people will get more supporters for their cause. Yet another example of their illogic.

These so-called activists are the modern version of wandering the streets ringing a bell and wearing a sandwich board which reads "THE END OF THE WORLD IS NIGH".

Indeed.

"Truthers" are viewed by rational people the same way that rational people view the "end time" whackjobs. That is, as complete and utter whackjobs.

When I was at college one of those groups of street preachers was yelling outside of the student union about how evil homosexuality was and what activities could lead to being gay. When one took a break and sat down nearby I asked him if they had ever converted anybody. He said "no, but if just one person converts it's worth the effort." I pointed out all the people yelling back at them to STFU and asked him how many people thought worse of christianity after witnessing their "preaching." He didn't know.

IMO some people are just looking for an excuse to draw attention to themselves rather than their cause. whether the subject is religion or politics, some people just want to stand on the soapbox and feel that they matter to a group of people (positively or negatively) for a short time.

I agree. I think the reason these truthers perform such stunts is purely for internet notoriety within their small stupid circle.

"Oh look how rebellious and cool I am, running up to authority, borrowing his PA, and announcing to the whole world that they are sheeple."

Simple as that.
